On 2013-02-15 I upgraded 1 existing cell number 0847019315 Control chat 200 at which I was informed that control chat is not in use anymore and was migrated to a Straight Up 100 cost Paid by myself R149.00 as well as sim swap R150.00 Total paid is R299 for the following 2 months I have not received airtime which i am paying monthly a total of 259.65 blackberry Social and E-mail included for the number mentioned I have requested Info from them and received sms that gigabytes are given, no airtime is received from last month R45. to R25 to currently airtime or minutes I would like to Know who gives Cell C the right to change contracts with out my consent as well as there call centre giving me the run around an dispelling me as the holder of the number all of a sudden I must give my banking details and I must say I feel uneasy in giving the info as I have answered the security questions that i Feel is enough for verification Purposes
