My husband had a vodacom accouint for many years. he staterd to notice that the signal in our area of residence (mayfield park johannesburg) and where he works (jeppestown) was terrible. he was unable to receive calls and when he did he would have to stand outside the building and literly walk around the car park to pick up signal. He reported this to vodacom he gave him a areial for home to see if that would help and came to work to test the signal. it was a mutual agreement between himself and vodacom to cancell his contract as they could no longer help with the signal issues. a courier came to his work to collect the phone and the contract was to be cancelled. he has no received a laywers letter for courier fees as well as the amount for the number of months wing for the phone. How can you bill someone for a phone that was sent back and due to service or signal issues not for non payment. if he has to pay the outstanding amount then we would like the phone back that we are paying fo
