Perhaps Vodacom can explain to me how this works...
I live in Randpark Ridge Johannesburg and 90% of the time I have not signal on my phone. "SOS" seems to be the norm. If I am lucky and do pick up a signal it is very weak and goes off again very quickly. I have been a customer of Vodacom for about 15 years and have always been a loyal customer. For the first time ever, I investigated moving to another provider. I was accepeted by Cell C whereby I keep my number. But... here is the catch... Vodacom will charge me R1 100.00 to release the port. So... I am paying a monthly contract price for no service but cannot change cause then I get charged as well. NO FAIR VODACOM, Give me signal or let me go elsewhere!!!
