Worst Cellphone Company when it comes to service

Good day

We've opened another a new contract with 8ta on the 19th of June 2013 for my partner...
We took a iphone 5 witch takes a mini simcard, and sold his old phone. We have to do a number porting because he needs to keep his old number because he uses it for business. They said it would take - up to 3 days so we had to put hes old simcard in my phone untill everything is done, because his old simcard was a normal simcard and not a mini sim.

Every night i had to put my simcard in my phone for a while to see if anybody was looking for me. Because im waiting for the medical aid to send me information. Last night 26 June 2013 7 DAYS LATER) we did it as usual, and accidentally lost his simcard. NOW WE CANT DO THE PORTING AS 8TA NEEDS TO SEND A PIN TO TE OLD NUMBER TO DO THE PORTING. If everything was done as it was suppose to and told, then we would not have changed the simcard's and we would not have this problem!!! i've only had problems with this hole network since we've opened the first contract with them in February 2013!
