Telkom Landline is out of order since 14 Jan 2014. Was reported on 15 Jan 2013 Fault nr 181CVZ150114.

Customer is 74 year old pensioner living on her own and needs the phone urgently. This is a regular occurance that the phone is out of order. We had the same problem in October 2013 when the line was down for 10 days.
