On January 2011 I noticed that I was getting statements from MTN saying I needed to pay certain fees towards their phone contract, the same was happening with Cell c. I noticed both networks that I did not have any contract with them and the response was that they will do an internal investigation. A few months later MTN handed me to Lawyers saying I am owing about R1 700, I was asked to give affidavits of which I did. About 5 months later the bill was now higher, I called the MTN and they requested was that I resend the stuff, of which I did. I was again contacted by MTN Lawyer looking to collect cash, I then decided to call MTN frauds department and spoke to a person by the name of Vusi on the 13th Nov 2013, reference number to that call is 106076051 and he said I must send an affidavit again. I went to the police station and did one, then sent it to Fax 0865605333 on the 14th Nov 2013 at 8:24. to my surprise i got a call today 24th Jan 2014 from the shabir shake people looking to collect even though i did all requested. i feel this is unfair as i resorted the early. please help
