On numerous occasions after down loading data bundles from the VODACOM website, my bill has been charged but data never down loaded. On contacting customer care which can take a couple of hours if you are lucky, you get to speak to a blank person on the other side that has no idea what you are talking about. It has taken me making screen shots of their own website and forwarding it back to them so they can see the mistake. If VODACOM cannot run a proper website, they should rather shut it down. I have never dealt with such incompetent people in my life. This is no short of the public consumer.
