ACCOUNT BILL FOR UNKNOWN SUBSCRIPTION

The contract in question was blocked by me in December 2013 but the bill for end of January 2014 was R3400.
when i called in Thursday 30 january 2014 to query this outstanding amount i was told it is for some or other content charges. i was told that they cannot tell me exactly what it is for and an investigation will be done within 24 to 48 hours. i called again 5 February 2014 to find out what the outcome was and still they had no answer for me, now it has been escalated to another department to investigate.

There were no outside subscriptions activated on this number except for the normal monthly contract fee. i have no problem paying my monthly subscription fee as per my contract with vodacom but feel it is unfair to have a bill like this for a number that was blocked and not being used.
