2 WEEKS OUT OF 2 YEAR SERVICE WITH TELKOM ADSL. THAT IS THE ONLY AMOUNT OF TIME WE HAVE RECEIVED WHAT WE PAY FOR! WE HAVE A 4MB UNCAPPED TELKOM ADSL LINE! EVERYTIME WE DO A SPEED TEST, WE RECEIVE NO MORE THAN A 2MB RESULT. OUR LINE IS TERRIBLY SLOW! WHEN WE REPORT IT, IT GETS FIXED FOR A COUPLE DAYS IF WE ARE LUCKY! WE HAVE HEARD, EVERY EXCUSE, TO EVERY PROMISE. IF TELKOM DOES NOT FIX OUR LINE PERMANENTLY WITHIN THE NEXT 24HRS, I WILL BE SEEING MY LAWYERS. I HAVE THE TIME, MONEY AND PATIENCE TO HAVE THIS TAKEN ALL THE WAY!
