Shockingly TERRIBLE service from call centre

I took out a new contact about four months ago (if not more) and have noticed that the contract gives me too many free minutes and sms's that i simply do NOT make use of! Bear in mind that i went to the cell c shop in the East Rand Mall to complain about the very same thing about a month after taking out the contract, in which their response was that we can change to another package after 3 months!! I phoned the customer care line on 3 January 2014. And then rcvd this sms "We have received your query and will attend to it shortly. Your reference no is: 4010300647. An SMS will be sent to you when your query has been resolved. Cell C" Cell C decided to phone me back on 11 January. The man who did not seem to be in a good mood and decided to raise his voice at me!! After i ended the call, he had the NERVE to call me back on my OTHER phone (which had nothing to do with the querie) to tell me HE DOES NOT APPRECIATE THE WAY I SPOKE TO HIM!!! I was livid!!! I took it up with a so-called manager and Still NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TILL TODAY to even TRY and help me with my request!!!
