After I recently bought a Vodacom Wifi modem and not receiving the help I need from the sales person, I was assisted by Nick from Vodacom's call centre who knew exactly what help I needed, which means that he knows his product. He also helped me very quickly to get my modem set up. He even offered to phone me back after a few minutes to make sure that I have completed the set up process successfully and he phoned back within the time that he promised. It is great to know that there is still people out there who deliver good service.
