I feel as if Vodacom have their own version of load shedding! I have been into their centre to have my modem connected to a new computer and boy same old, same old. I thought it was the computer with the previous problems I have experienced and now I can see with a brand new computer that it is their modem. The same modem I have replaced three times in a year because of the bad connection. I am able to work for a maximum of 3 minutes and then the thing cuts out. I spoke to 4 of my clients today and guess what? They are having the same fight with Vodacom, It is no use complaining to a branch or on the phone as they take the modem in, take a few weeks and return it and then the same problem again. I think some investigation is needed here because I get the feeling they are cheating us. It took me 5 attempts to get this report done!
