Hi there,
Im very unhappy with the service my dad is receiving from mtn cape gate. I bought my dad a nokia asha 306 by edgars, everything in good order. Then the trouble started, he wanted watsapp. Well i did everything for him as i did mine, but nothing worked. He could use the internet, but no watsapp. He then decided to go to the mtn shop where they told him, they dont know whats wrong and he has to do a sim swap. That done, still nothing. Then he was told to come back on a later stage as there will then be an "expert" in the shop. Days later he went to see the "expert" and went home unsatisfied a few days later he went back to them where one of the staff got it sorted for him and worked... only for a week. My dad can once again not send or receive any watsapp msg with R140 airtime on. I bought the phone November, till now it only worked a week. All the other functions on the phone work 100% so it aint the phone. I need to know what is going on and what will be done to rectify this, im not letting my dad drive up and down to the store like a monkey. Contact me for his details pls. Regards Danie
