I've bought a Nokia Asha 311 from Edgars Active in Kroonstad on the 16th June 2013. The first week we experiense problems with the battery, it only lasted one day even if we don't use it! I've reported it to the manager and he ordered n new battery. When the the battery came, it was the wrong one! Then he said that the Asha 311 has been discontinued and no batteries were avaible! We tried to get a pirate battery from other shops, but was unsuccessfull! On the 4th of August we took the phone back to Edgars Active. 2 weeks later I went back to find out. According to Vodacom Repairs Bloemfontein the phone could not be repaired! Now I have a phone that's 2 months old that cost me R 1300 that has been discontinued and nobody cares a! Help me please, what must I do?
