On 15 November I upgraded my kids cellphones with Cell C. They had to load BBM and Watsapp on both (samsung) phones. Everytime we get there they change settings on the phones - Everything works fine while inside the shop - which makes me believe that they connect to Wi-fi. As soon as we get home with the phones the BBM are off. Ive been back about 8 times with the phones - currently the Watsapp and BBM are off. It really gets frustrating to stand in a que weach time we get there, and still the problems are not solved. Kindly advise as to which branch we can take the phones to to have the problem sorted.
