DISGUSTED AT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE & ATTITUDE REC

I sent my nokia E7 to them last year 22/10 for repairs. But due to some financial constraints the phone was never collected from them. This year October my account was settled in full to you guys. I have contacted Nashua Musgrave to request for them to have my phone ready for collection, but have been told its was sent back to head office and they needed to track the phone and get back to me.
Let me just say that the service that I received from them is so disgusting that I do not want to deal with anyone from that store. As you will note from the below email, Kamini has been responding to me, but has now stopped.
I would just appreciate to be reimbursed for my E7, as this has gone on for too long and since am actually quiet tired of waiting for someone to tell me if they found my phone or not.
