I bought a cell phone Nokia Lumia 520 in Jet store in Katlehong on the 27 November 2013 and when I irrive at home I realise that cell phone was failing to connect to internet, I try it for the hole day on 28/11/2013 and still was not connecting till I take it to a shop Jet store in Germiston on 29/11/2013 where they told me that they wont be able to help me as cell phone was bought in katlehong and I have to go back to a shop where I bought it. I want to find out what is a use of having may branches if we as customers are still going to send to our branches or they want to delay me till I finish 7 days? now I don't need they cell phone I will go somewhere and buy it there. I need my money back but my problem is that I don't know who will help me with that because I think I will be able to go to my shop that I bought a phone next week and that will be after 7days.
