Do I really need to beg?

I am due for an upgrade, firstly a upgrade was done on the contract, 3 weeks to sort that out, with me having to call all the time to find out what is happening. Once that was eventually sorted I go in store yesterday to move the contract into my name and upgrade, start the process to move the contract in my name and told it cannot be completed due to back office being already closed, your store closes at 7, but back office at 6, doesn't make sense to me??? I am told to call the store this morning at 9 to find out if the contract transfer has been accepted and I can do my upgrade, called and told it has not been processed, they will get back to me today, well now its an hour before the store closes, no one has called me and every time I try to call through, the phone just rings, I am a patient person, but don't let me run after you, hoping that something will happen!
