I have signed for an upgrade on 02/01/2014 and 3 weeks later still have no phone. I really think this is ridiculous. Now HQ wants me to do everything over again over the phone and they will send the phone to me. After I had to phone cellc every week to find out what is going on. They never get back to you or just give you feedback on what is going on. I am really upset about this and then they want to tell you they are the best service provider. THEN LOOK AFTER YOUR CLIENTS
