I have a contract with Virgin Mobile, and have a debit order in place with them. The first month i understand that you pay that bit extra because it is a new contract, however i was debited the full amount of the first month, three times. When i queried this it took months for a correspondent to call me and say i would then be in credit!
I have recently up-graded (I should have known better) and once again am being debited with ridiculous amounts and cannot get hold of them to ask what the f is going on. I have tried to get this account off of a debit order, but each time I try they have some excuse as to why i cannot get rid of this debit order. I feel like just closing that bank account to prevent being robbed on a monthly basis. Never mind the fact that the connection problems from Virgin stop me from doing much on the phone, i have to move around to find signal to make a call. This is the worst service i have ever had. Virgin mobile should close their doors!!!
