Debiting my account for canceled contract

I cancelled my virgin mobile contract around october last year, i was assured just like everyone else that the last debit will go off. But now i'm being debited again. I tried a stop order with the bank but this is a month to month thing.

I would like virgin mobile to make sure that my money is returned just as quickly as they took it.
