Our Telkom line has been out of order since 18/01/2014, I reported the fault on 19/01/2014 (FAULT REF: 134CRK190114). On 20/01/2014, we had a dial tone but still no ADSL and all the calls coming through to us were from people dialing a different number, not ours.
Monday evening and the dial tone has disappeared again. On 21/01/2014, I received a message saying the fault is in hand with the technical repair division. To date, 27/01/2014, we have received no feedback regarding this matter, we are sitting without a phone and without internet for all this time. This is unacceptable, we don't even know what the problem really is! Afrihost is supposed to be managing our line but their feedback, or lack thereof, has been just as useless as Telkom's! Very frustrating situation indeed!!!
