I moved to a new apartment, and requested that my old line be cancelled, and a new ADSL line be installed at my new apartment.
I contacted them to cancel the old line, and applied for a new line. 3 weeks later, and I have not received any news on the new installation. I logged into the telkom website, and I see there is an order being executed, but they have not been to my new apartment?
And they are still billing me for the line I cancelled. This is the worst service supplier in South Africa, probably in the world. Please sort this out
