On 21/01/2014 - our telkom line went dead. I reported the problem to Telkom. It is now the 24/01/2014 and we still don't have a telephone line as well as no internet.
Is telkom going to refund all those days that we don't have service?
Telkom is not cheap - they raised their rates so that they can give "better" service. Yeah... right...
Tried calling again... I get put on hold for a long period. One of the calls was also from my cellphone. The automated system said that Telkom is experiencing high call volumes. If so many people are complaining... Telkom really has problems.
