I ordered the phone at an MTN outlet here in town for my next upgrade due this month. I had made the order mid December 2013 not sure of exact date. The lady who assisted me with this told me that it would take about a week or two for them to receive this order and since it was the festive season I figured I will get it early January when I came back from the holidays.

Till this day I have not received my phone and the worse part is today when I went there which has become a norm to go the once or twice a week, I was told that the phones may be out of stock, they had received a directive from whoever in the big offices informing them of such.

The same lady who had assisted with my application then tried to call the person that had informed her of this apparent cut of, of these phones and she was told the person was on lunch.

I am not just disgruntled but I am frustrated at the whole incident for I do not understand how if they have no stock they cannot get more if there is a apparent need for this device.

If this is not sorted by tomorrow I am moving my services to another service provider because I feel unappreciated as a custome
