I am Ronaldo Lobo, please forgive my rudeness but I placed an order more than a week ago for a Nokia Lumia 1020 on a Smart M contract, you "claim" to deliver the next day well what a lie, I am still waiting to receive my phone and the Always on value pack. I have been told continuously that they are waiting for stock, Friday I was told they received stock of the phone, but no Always on value pack, yesterday they told me they might have received the stock with the phones I must just phone in AGAIN this morning to ask, so I did only to find out that now all of a sudden they have no stock of any of my things I am waiting for, no phone and no value pack! What on earth is going on with Vodacom, I have never been treated so unprofessionally and seen such unprofessional people in my life, this includes our government, Vodacom has reached a new level of incompetence, I am fed up with the run a round, I have been a life long supporter of Vodacom and now I hate you guys, if my problem does not get sorted out quickly and to my every satisfaction and expectation of that I have of Vodacom then I will flush my sim card down the stinking toilet and move to MTN!
