I ordered stock on the 12 October 2012 and up to today there was no delivery. Follow ups were made on the 5 December, Spoke to WAYNE who told me the JHB Branch has stock and he will order? On the 13 December I followed up about the stock and spoke to JOHN, who said he will order? On the 7 January 2013 I spoke to Wayne again, who said he will order? I asked to speak to the manager (Johan?) and was told he will phone me back. I am still waiting for that to happen. I also ordered stock on the 19 November 2012 from Stephan and up to today still no delivery. An order was also placed early in last week and I was told that the delivery will take place on the 29th January 2013. After numerous follow ups and a lot of frustration, I still have not received the stock that was ordered last year. How is it possible that every time that I enquire about the stock that I ordered, that no order was placed? Why must I wait so long to get the parts if the Johannesburg branch has got stock. This is really pathetic service and will most probably only be attended to by next yea
