I have no more words left. Fault reported and escalated numerous times. After nearly 1 month ADSL / internet connection still totally unusable. Countless hours of work lost. Despite visits from Telkom personnel issues still not resolved. Internet access works for a few minutes, then off. Rebooted router more times than I care to count. WHAT ELSE DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET THIS RESOLVED - I AM DESPERATE. I AM DESPERATE. I AM DESPERATE, VERY DESPERATE! I cannot believe that my company is paying for something that works less than 1% of the time.
Like all the times before during January 2014, I am using my VODACOM data connection to repeat my complaint. Already spent more than R700 on my private VODACOM connection this month because TELKOM line and internet connection is unusable!
In the news they say 30, 000 TELKOM staff will be retrenched - I guess then the ADSL line and internet connection will work 0.0000% of the time compared to 1% now!
I am a paying customer!!! PLEASE, PLEASE!!!
