Replacement of insurance handset

My handset needed to be replaced by Autopage insurance. At the time of my call to the store there was no stock available and I was told it could take up to two weeks. A week later Sean called me and informed me that there was a handset available. It was not the color that I wanted but I had an option to take it if I chose to. I declined to take this one and he then managed to get one somewhere else. He then found one and decided to go and collect it so that I could have it that same day.

Its good to know that there are still some people who are willing to do the extra bit and go that extra mile to please customers. The help is greatly appreciated.
