Had ADSL for almost a year now. Constantly having problems with Internet connection. Have upgraded to higher package to try and solve this as instructed, but still no improvement. Have no internet connection several days a week. And when connected keeps on dropping the connection. Now again not able to connect for 3 days. Have contacted customer service and fault has been logged but problem not solved and no feedback received. Don't know what to do... paying so much money a month for a non existing internet connection!
