I called MTN Coverage in April to complain about the signal that iam receiving on all my mobile devices, in an area that is supposedly classified as an urban area, i get EDGE signal when i connect to the MTN network, on EDGE i cannot browse the internet or download anything this signal is worse than GPRS.I raised this issue with the coverage department who promised to order a network booster. Its been 3 months and i keep calling to be told the booster has been ordered and they are awaiting delivery. I am forever forced to drive to the nearest garage every night to send urgent emails or do my studies at night, where i can get a better signal. I cannot move away from MTN because iam locked up in contracts with these 3 devices if it where not so i would have moved to Vodacom i have resorted yo hellopeter because on one seems to be listening to my pleas.
