Vodacom Direct After Sales Serv Incompetent staff

The AFTER SALES SERVICE that I received from VODACOM DIRECT, SERVICE PARK
MIDRAND is absolutely horrific!

The entire office as well as the second in line manager Tebogo is absolutely INCOMPETENT
incompetent staff Mompai, Richard, Martin, Sugar (what the?). The manager Jackie Coetzee must be fired!

Took 7 days to get contract bundle activated...
Service was so bad I had to personally drive through to Vodacom head office to get it done...
The incompetent staff put me on hold for at least 10 to 20 minutes per session totalling about 1 hour (11 phone calls).
Refer you to someone that knows even less.
Make appointments they do not keep.
Do not know how to do their job or even know their own names

What a laugh!!! YOU!!! 3 to 4 hours calls to get NOTHING DONE!!!
