I went to MTN to help me activate a simple BIS service on my phone, did the paperwork, and was assured that I would be connected within 24 hours. Nothing happened and no-one thought to let me know that they in fact COULD NOT connect me (which they became aware of but did not think relevant info to inform me about). I had to go back (for the second 30minute visit to the shop) and ASK what was up. After being told about the probolems i had to ask for any other possibility in solving my problem - which i was experiencing because the person who had to transfer my contract 2 years ago didn't do their job.
Anyway... i made four visits of between 30-60 minutes to the MTN shop in Stellenbosch, was assured they would call me back and yet... more than a week later have not heard a single word from them. Not ONCE after one of my visits when they became aware that there was a problem, did they think to contact me about it.
This is utterly useless service anfter having wasted almost 4 hours of my time to go there every time i have given up and am still without internet connectivity on my phone... for which i AM STILL PAYING. CAN'T WAIT TO DUMP MTN AT THE FIRST CHANCE I GET!
