They are the worst brokers ever. They are very eager to sign you up for a policy, but when it comes to the execution thereof, they are sloppy. They do not care about their clients and are very unprofessional. I will definitely not recommend them. Save yourself a lot of frustration by signing up with another broker. They do not submit claims to Momentum, and if they do submit them, they do not attach all the required documents. I have been struggling with my medical aid claims since November 2023.
