Hi

i recently took out a cellphone contract with Bayport, the consultant never explained the contract to me, just told me that i will receive two cellphones on one contract with my normal airtime reload amount..

when the couriers delivered the goods at my work place i was told that i will receive my airtime and number once ive inserted my sim card, but i received two cellphones and two sim cards,

so to my shock on the 15th of may 2013 ive checked my airtime balance and discovered that i only have half of the airtime that was specified.

to my shock when i called the callcentre they told me that they split the airtime up between the two sim cards.
well this is so annoying becoz nw i hav to swap sim cards wen one airtime run out. im a blackberry user why must i change sim cards? now ive been asking Bayport to assist me in putting all the airtime on the sim card that im using in my blackberry, never was explained to me how the airtime and sim cards will work. if they explained to me i wudnt even taken that contract becoz wht must i do with two sim cards and now they want me to use both phones sorry i wont do that..
iv logged complaints but no one gets back to me..
