Your Head office in Johannesburg have been unsuccessful to assist me to stop the continuing useage of data on my iphone 4S without my permission. This has been ongoing for the last 13 months since I upgraded in January 2012. I purchased a data bundle of 500 MG yesterday morning at 9am and while I was driving in my car with my phone in my bag 150 MG data was used. The same afternoon I took my phone back for the tenth time to the vodacom shop where I upgraded and the salesman checked my phone again saying there is no possible way that my phone can use so much data. All my settings have been turned off and I deleted nearly all my App's because of this ongoing process. My account has been a R1000 more every month, and head office keep on telling us: " Sorry Sir but we cant tell you where your data is going, we will keep on talking in circles". I give you 24 hours to rectify this oversight on your behalf and as a valued client I am disgusted with your attitude. I look forward to your reply.
