Pathetic service - Nightshift ICU

Good day
Today is the 13 October.
My daughter is laying in ICU. She is sick and it is now slightly after 4am. I received messages from her complaining about the black nurses in Nightshift duty. Why are nurses allowed to attend to patients when they have no empathy. Why???! Why is this happening. I have a bitter taste in my mouth and am disgusted... where do I begin and what do I do to report this matter to the senior in charge of this hospital. I hope I get feedback.
