On the 7th of jan i phoned the call center to upgrade my contract, i was told my phone would take 5 - 7 working days to get to me. 10 days later i phoned, only to find out they did not do the upgrade. this is now the 17, on the 15th i get reloaded with airtime R 235. i call them, only to be told if i upgrade (as i am on old system of contracts) i forfeit all my airtime and smses. I then called back on the 21st spoke to Given, agreed to do the upgrade, he told me he would call me back, no call. i phoned again today, spoke to Sipho, only now to be told, ill also be pro rata charged for the airtime (minutes) they are going to load on. i paid R200 for the month already, now they want me to pay again??? very upset. attitude was also terrible. i laid my complaint to Sipho only for him to carry on telling me terms and conditions about the contract.
