In July, which was last month I called Cell C call centre to inquire about a product because my contract was due for an upgrade. The product is a data deal that you pay R99 and get a 1gig of data. I couldn't not do the upgrade then because I had data and airtime in my phone, I then told the lady I will call back to confirm I I want to upgrade or not. After few day when I checked my balance and is when I then realized that something is wrong, my contract was upgraded. I called Cell C and asked about the upgrade, they said to me they are opening a case and I will get a call from them within 48hours, this was last week the 5th of August. I then called again this week the 12th of August, they told me again that they will open a case and I will get a call within 48hiurs .it the 15th and that 48 hour passed. I just wana chancel the deal now.
