Paying for clicking the wrong button

I downgraded my internet package from uncapped to 5G per month (to save money). It was due to come into effect on january 1st.
When I returned from holiday, my connection was not working. I also hadn't received a bill for the bundle, only for line rental. So I immediately thought they had made a mistake.
I went online to check the price of the 5GB bundle without being logged in to their customer zone. I selected a bundle (just to check things out and see the process of signing up for a new package) and when I logged in to the customer zone, it automatically billed me for this bundle I had selected (while logged out). It didn't ask for confirmation or permission to charge me, and gave no notification of T&Cs etc, but just added it straight to my account. I immediately called customer service to inform them I did not want to pay for a SECOND bundle and they told me I had to give a months notice and because it was the second of January I would have to pay for two months and it would only be cancelled in March. It is absurd. I can't even use the amount the cap that has been added to my account. Let alone afford it. I have cancelled all my webafrica services now and moving to Afrihost
