Twice I tried to buy data bundle on *111# with my debit card. Both failed saying I entered the wrong number (which I never did). Then I bought a promotional 500mb once off. It didnt register. I phoned customer care twice. They say because its promotional it wont show on my balances. During my first call he gave me the wrong methods for retrieving my balance. The second guy said he doesn't see the bundle being bought and that he will log a service enquiry. Two hours later I received an sms statingg that my enquiry as to whether I have bought the bundle successfully has been logged. The audit will take up to 14 days. So now I am without internet for 14 DAYS!!! Now what? I can not afford to pay out of bundle rates. But can't buy a new bundle.
