After a telephonic confirmation that a 1Gb recurring data bundle has been added to my account 2 months ago, it has come to my attention that the bundle was not added, and thus out-of-bundle data rates have been charged without my knowledge.
Clearly, there must be some processes within MTN, as my bill has gone over R4000 due to their failure to perform a requested task.
Please MTN, look at my bill and help me.
