Afrihost bundle prices were reduced at the end of November, but this did not reflect in my invoice since I still had to pay the old bundle price of R497 instead of R397.

I email Afrihost and spoke to Ronny who informed me that the price will automatically take effect January 2014. I thought since I've been a client for over 3 years there was no need to kick up a fuss.

Now it January and my invoice is still the full price. I emailed Afrihost again and spoke to Itumeleng and Ayrton who informed my I had to unbundle my packages and rebundle them to take advantage of the new prices.

How many other customers are still paying the full price then? I can understand that perhaps there a problem in the system that they couldn't update the pricing for existing customers (which is pretty bad) but why not send out an email to all existing uncapped bundle customers on how to take advantage of the new pricing?

So I'm moving away from Afrihost and the end of January (since I've already been changed for January)
