INCOMPETENT SUPPORT re PROBLEM WITH MONTHLY PREPAID DATA BUNDLE PACKAGE
In Feb our NGO purchased a data package of 12 months of 3GB a month for R1596. Since 2 Sept the monthly 3GB has failed to load. We reported it the same day and got a reference no. We kept following up for ten days between 2 Sept and 12 Sept. On 12 Sept we followed up the case and were told it was resolved as the monthly amount was now loading. We checked and we did not have the monthly bundle.
We logged the matter again, and got an sms again that the monthly bundle had come through. But it didn't.
I have emailed customer service again today as dealing with a different consultant every time is counter productive.
