Wireless Charging plate issues!

In August 2013, a new contract was taken out for a Nokia Lumia 820 with Wireless Charger in the box. The wireless charger stopped working after one month. I took it into the repair centre in Montague Gardens as instructed. They confirmed it needed to be replaced. When I went to collect it, the replaced charger looked visibly second hand and was missing some of its protective plastic strips and was dirty and marked. It wasnt even in a sealed box. The broken unit I handed in had all its protective strips on still. They even gave me back the broken chargers wire and plug to use with this so called ''new'' unit. And to top it all off, they said it now comes with a 3 month guarantee, when it was supposed to be a full 6 months! I contacted MTN and I was pushed from pillar to post. I ended up speaking to a lady named Sarah. She was very rude and unhelpful. To date I have not used the ''new'' unit and am still waiting for this matter to be resolved. The original chargers warranty expires next month, and the supposedly ''new'' unit expired last month, when it was actually supposed to expire end of March 2014
