My Samsung i9001 (still under warranty) has now been for repairs 6 TIMES without it being fixed. My phone has been rebooting at random for the past 6/7 months and upon rebooting cuts off the data/internet connection. It's been sent to Vodacom's highest repair centre in Joburg and also to SAMSUNG's head office. Every time they either do a software upgrade or replace the main board - which hasn't solved the problem. On Vodacom's instruction, I've also replaced my sim card and bought a new battery.
After 2.5 months of ridiculous service, I'm done with taking my phone in for repairs, done with calling managers, owners and repair guys and this is the 2nd time writing a report on HelloPeter. I want my phone replaced ASAP. I've been a Vodacom customer for 11 years and this has been the most frustrating service experience ever.
