Not only is our internet connection unreliable - we have been offline so many times it is unbelievable, the call centre is even worse. I stayed on line for an hour in the queue, and when I finally reached an agent she could hardly speak English, then put me on hold, and then my call was CUT OFF! AFTER ALL THAT! Now I have been transferred to the 4th agent and still they cannot help. And I am still on the line... wish me luck!
