Shocking service from useless company

I have been experiencing issues on my internet connection for the past 2 weeks, I contacted Telkom who told me the line tests perfectly and done a port reset, turned the modem off for an hour and the problem persists. 600ms latency to local Telkom server in Cape Town and terrible speeds. He then escalated the call and gave me the reference number 264CWK110114 and told me I would receive a call in 48 hours, get an sms on Monday to say the call was resolved! I call the contact centre again stay on hold for over an hour and get through to a useless agent that would not help me and would not give me a name instead just transferred me to a different department, then when I asked for the new agents name again I was transferred to the Business Department. The business department says there is no fault, I am just going to rather cancel, Pathetic Service!!!
