Poor MTN Cresta Service

We took out a contract on 30 December 2013. We have only had trouble and numerous empty promises without any service. First we had troble for longer than a week to get the contract activated. During this time we had numerous promises that they will call us. That did not happen once. They don't even pick up the phone most of the time when you phone the store. After activation we would have received an email stating a lower rate because of an advertising error. Still waiting for the email. The tablet was faulty, there were promises made that according to other staff members are not the case (regarding the time frame it would take). Again promises to call us with only 1 call received. It is now 22 January we are still waiting and no one can tell us how long it will take to get the tablet back. The staff members each have a different story about what is wrong, how long it will take etc. I don't know who or what to believe after dealing with them. This is poor service and has caused us a lot of problems without any solution. Even the manager does not call after I left a message. I am really extremely disappointed and would not have gone to MTN if I knew this is the level of service
