I have faxed through the required documents on the 10/01/2014, 01:01pm with a cover letter requesting daily updates on the progress of this issue.
To date I have not received a phone call or an email to the address on the cover letter faxed to Wenzile.
I need urgent assistant as today is day 12 after the fax was sent.
